Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Shivaradhya, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains order cancellation, returns, exchanges, and refunds for products bought on our website.

2. Order cancellation

• Before dispatch: You may request cancellation by emailing Info.Shivaradhya@gmail.com or calling +91 95492 49595 with your order ID. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund for prepaid orders within 5–7 business days.
• After dispatch: Cancellation is not possible once the order is shipped. You may follow the return process after delivery.
• COD orders: If cancelled before dispatch, no charges apply. If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, we may restrict future COD eligibility.

3. Return eligibility

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may be rejected.

4. Exchange policy

Exchanges for size or design variants are subject to stock availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

5. Refund process

• After we receive and inspect the returned product, eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout (UPI, card, wallet, net banking, etc.).
• For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification of bank/UPI details.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/wrong product.

6. Defective or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID. We will arrange replacement or full refund including applicable shipping costs.

7. How to request a return or refund

2. Include order ID, product name, reason for return, and supporting images if applicable.
3. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
4. Pack the item securely and ship as instructed. Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our fault.
